In this mini-workshop, we’ll help People Ops professionals build vocabulary and skills to improve decision-making across their organization.
After this mini-workshop, you will:
- Know how to ask the right questions to improve the quality of other people’s thinking
- Be able to better diagnose strategic thinking issues across the company, and help managers do the same
- Have the skills to earn a seat at any decision-making table
This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with the experts and People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g., a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.

Ari has a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Development. He specializes in helping leaders and organizations navigate complex and adaptive challenges. He has helped managers and teams optimize their entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to team engagement and development.
