What we'll cover

Let's take a moment to decompress together, extract our learnings, and explore an important question: in our roles as People Ops leaders, how do we help employees strengthen their resilience, emotion regulation, and calmness skills? How do we help our organizations emerge stronger and more capable?

In this mini-workshop, the experts at LifeLabs Learning will share research, tips, and exercises to equip you and your managers to support people through this challenging time.

This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with your People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g. a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
