In this mini-workshop by LifeLabs Learning, People Ops professionals will practice interview techniques that are proven to increase the likelihood of making a great hire, while also reducing bias throughout the process. You and your peers will share ideas and leave with a plan to help your employees be better interviewers.
This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with your People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g., a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
