More about what we'll cover

After the past 2+ years, it's safe to say most of us are experts in working remotely. But what considerations will 2022 and beyond bring for People Ops leaders?

In this session, LifeLabs Learning will share the research, tips, and vocabulary to help your teams understand (and be prepared for) the hybrid landscape. We’ll talk about the distinct problems you’ll need to get ahead of, including how to create inclusive communication processes, build meaningful connections, and educate your teams on energy management.

We’ll also share LifeLabs’ ‘hybrid readiness’ audit tool, which you can immediately distribute across your company. You’ll leave better equipped to help set people up for hybrid work success.

This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with your People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g., a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
