More about what we'll cover
Too many teams spend more time setting goals than achieving them. And once they finally pick goals, they often have to change. Agonize, debate, perfect, rinse, repeat.
Sound familiar? The good news is that it's easy to equip teams with goal-setting and 're-setting' skills.
In this mini-workshop by LifeLabs Learning, we’ll share research and tools that will help you and your teams set motivating and meaningful goals. You will learn:
- Tools to help teams avoid common goal-setting pitfalls
- Techniques to drive accountability towards goals
- Skills for helping teams handle rapidly-shifting situations
This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with the experts and People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g., a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
