More about what we'll cover

Did you know that 7 out of 10 employees say that the feedback they receive is not useful? Knowing how to give and ask for feedback, and how to optimize the feedback you get in a virtual environment are now essential leadership skills.

In this workshop by LifeLabs Learning, we'll discuss how to create a culture of effective feedback as companies adapt to new realities. You'll leave feeling confident in your ability to role model what it looks like to give and receive feedback well (even if the message is difficult).

This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with your People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g. a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
