More about what we'll cover

Reliable demographic data is crucial for creating an impactful DEIB strategy—so why is it often in such short supply?

In this interactive, hour-long webinar, Liz Kofman-Burns from Peoplism will share the methods they use to inform demographic data collection to support a broader DEIB strategy. You'll walk away with:

  • The case for collecting demographic data for DEIB efforts
  • Peoplism's 4-step framework to guide demographic data collection decisions

The workshop is designed to be highly interactive and very tactical, so you can walk right out of the session and use the tips you've just learned.

This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with your People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g., a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
