More about what we'll cover

We all know the problem: employees crave growth. Managers want their direct reports to grow. Companies are in urgent need of skilled, inspired employees. Yet somehow it's still difficult to catalyze the career growth everyone wants.

In this mini-workshop by LifeLabs Learning, we'll share tools, frameworks, and experiments you can immediately use at your company to deepen your career growth culture and systems.

You'll learn:

  • How to define and message 'career growth' at your organization
  • A framework to help employees navigate their own development
  • Pro-tips to grow your own career in People Operations
This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with the experts and People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g., a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.
