In this mini-workshop, the experts at LifeLabs Learning will share the newest research, interventions, and strategies to understand, diagnose, and prevent burnout. You'll hear from other execs and people leaders, and leave this session better equipped to create healthy work habits across your organization.

This is a live, online workshop where you will interact with your People Ops peers over video. That means you'll need a quiet space (e.g. a meeting room) as well as a computer with a camera and a microphone.

She has spent her career as a researcher, manager, consultant, and analyst in a variety of industries. Her research focuses on change management and preventing burnout in the workplace.
